The fares mentioned are per trip and not per passenger.

BUFFALO AIRPORT SHUTTLE PICKUP AND DROP OFF TERMS:
The above-mentioned Fares do not include HST (TAX) – 13% and Driver’s Gratuity.
During the journey if 407 ETR (Electronic Toll Route) is used the same will be charged extra as per actual usage.
Bridge toll to be charged at $ 8.00 for up to 6 passengers and $ 12.00 for more that 6 Passengers.
Airport pick up fees of $ 15.00 for Sedans and SUVs and $ 27.00 for Stretch Limos, SUV limos and Limo buses levied by the Toronto Pearson Airport authorities will be charged for all Pickups from YYZ (Toronto Pearson Airport Terminals) going to Buffalo.
Number of stoppages allowed en route from Buffalo Airport for coffee or use of washroom along the highway:
One Stop free for Travel time between 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Two stops free for Travel time between 2 hours to 4 hours.
Three stops free for Travel time of 4 hours and above.
The fare includes one stop of 10 minutes at the Duty Free for your trip to and from Buffalo Airport.
Waiting Charges:
There would be no waiting charge if your flight is delayed for any reason when you book a service from Buffalo Airport.
$ 15.00 for every 15 minutes (3 passengers or less) and $ 20.00 for every 15minutes (More than 3 passengers) will be charged after the 1st 15 Minutes if the driver will have to wait at your home or given address while heading to the Airport.
Border crossings:
Passengers crossing border will not be charged extra for waiting time at the bridges if there are delays due to traffic, however there would be additional charges applicable as mentioned below if the passengers are asked to head for additional documentation or secondary screening.
1st 30 minutes for documentation at the border is FREE.
After the 1st 30 minutes there will be a charge of $ 15.00 for every 15 minutes of wait time.
Cancellation charges and refund policy:
There would be no cancellation charges if the trip is cancelled 24 hours prior to the pickup time.
25% of the fare plus Taxes will be charged for cancellation between 12 to 24 hours of your pickup time
50% of the fare plus Taxes will be charged for cancellation between 6 to 12 hours of your pickup time
100% of the fare plus taxes will be charged for No shows, last minute cancellation and any cancellation less than 6 hours of your pickup time.
Last Minute flight changes or change in pickup time (Less than 3 hours of your pickup time) are subject to a rescheduling fee. 50% of the fare will be charged for making these changes.
